I'm a CPA and senior finance executive with 20 years building and scaling global accounting and finance organizations across high-growth fintech, SaaS, and technology-enabled platforms. I've managed teams of up to 30 and transformed financial operations through the implementation of AI and automation tools.

I started my career as an auditor at two Big Four firms, EY and PwC , where I worked on a diverse set of clients internationally across Canada, the U.S., the Bahamas, and Grand Cayman. Since then, I've built financial and accounting operations at companies like Circle, Ramp, and Houzz, partnering with founders through fundraises, audits, M&A, and IPO readiness.

I've often been the first accounting leader at unicorn startups, building the foundation from the ground up, investor reporting, tax, compliance for regulated entities, treasury, payroll, equity and compensation planning, recruiting, revenue operations, and sales compensation. I partner closely with CEOs and executive teams to build systems that scale under pressure, with the right controls frameworks to sustain audits at any time.
